Paymentby credit card is completely secure, your order will be recorded and confirmed upon acceptance of payment by the bank

With PayPal your financial information is never shared with Table & Prestige. PayPal protects and encrypts your credit card number. Pay online by simply indicating your email address and password.

 

Bank Transfer :


Your order is reserved for 7 days. Beyond this period, without your payment, it will be canceled.
The order will be processed upon receipt of your payment and after validation.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    That's why we give you, by purpose, longer delivery times than the average of other websites .. but our deadlines are respected and deliveries are mostly done in the days following your order ! However, with over 100 years experience, we know our partners and suppliers and we do not want to offer you unrealistic deadlines.

General rules

- Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the Purchaser on the order in France, Corsica and in all over the world.
In case of partial availability of articles, "Table & Prestige " may need to split orders. Thus the available items may be sent initially, the balance of the order will be sent when all other items will be available.
"Table & Prestige " offers its customers to be delivered by Colissimo the Post, TNT and other carriers. Lack of due process set out below, any claim of the Purchaser shall be accepted


Delivery by post, TNT, DHL

- The products are checked, carefully prepared and shipped to our warehouse as soon as possible after confirmation of your payment, they are normally delivered within 48/72 hours.

The package will be sent only to the shipping address you provided during the order process

In the event that an incorrect address we will be specified and if we ship the item to a new address, the cost of forwarding will be charged and due before the redirection.
Buyer is delivered to his home and signs a slip distribution acknowledgment. In case of absence, the Purchaser or the recipient of the item receives a calling card, allowing it to withdraw the products ordered, the post office nearest to colissimos (within max. 15 days). Lack of compliance with the procedures outlined above, no claim of the Buyer will be accepted.


Delivery by Carrier (Calberson or other)

- Delivery will be made by a carrier. It can only be made once the order is validated by the customer and payment made in full. The payment centers possibly involved having given their prior agreement to pay. In case of refusal, the order will be canceled. In addition, the company Table & Prestige reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom one is involved in litigation. Shipping charges are shown before the registration of the order by the client. The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the ordering process. In the event that an incorrect address we will be specified and if we ship the item to a new address, the cost of forwarding will be charged and due before the redirection. We reserve the right to request any evidence regarding the identity of the buyer and the shipping address before shipping.
In case of items delivered on different dates because of their availability, delivery time is based on the longest time. Table & Prestige however, reserves the right to split deliveries. The participation fee for shipping and handling will be charged for one shipment.
In case of delay due to a strike internal, external, disaster or other event preventing the flow of normal products, the company Table & Prestige can not be held responsible.
If no one calling card will be left to contact the carrier and arrange an appointment for delivery. The customer must imperatively report any difficulties of access or passage that the deliverymen are likely to encounter. The customer should check the measurements of access passages from his home to confirm the carrier's access to the product ordered. Delivery will be made at the first door of your home.
Any additional costs associated with rental trucks, storage or related to the absence of the client (in violation of the commitments made at the meeting) and risk of damage resulting from these constraints will be charged to the client. In case of failure to deliver on the day of the appointment because of poor access, difficult passage of previously unreported by the customer or lack thereof with return agreed with the carrier, new fees forwarding will be invoiced.
The customer must check when the delivery condition of the package in the presence of the deliveryman. In case of damage or missing product, it mention specific reservations on the delivery and confirm within 48 hours maximum after delivery by registered mail addressed to the rear carrier and to society and Table & Prestige  (Be careful : comments such as "in reserve or subject to unpacking" are not legally valid, you must therefore open and check the package).
It should ensure their good condition. In the event that the package is damaged upon receipt of the product, we recommend you make reservations on the status of the package and the product and to refuse the goods stating "parcel damaged" on the delivery.
You have 48 hours to inform us by registered letter with acknowledgment with photos, any damage to the product. Do not sign the delivery note before your reservations.

GOOD DELIVERY
This document certifies the legal transfer of ownership of the product. Once the delivery is signed, the product is yours and not "Table & Prestige " or our carrier are not responsible for any damage incurred during delivery if they were not written on the delivery.
This is why it is very important to write down the reserves that you would on a product before signing the delivery note.
Important: even if the delivery people advise you to note on the delivery note "subject to unpacking", know that this statement has no legal value. If you can not unpack the product, note the condition of the packaging on the delivery "parcel damaged"

Quality problems or compliance

- In case of delivery of a product does not correspond to the order (defective or non-compliant), Buyer must make its claim within 7 days of signing the slip distribution .
Claims must be sent by registered letter with return receipt to the address given in paragraph 2 hereof and shall include:
• The coordinates of the Buyer.
• The references of the product.
• The grounds for the claim.
The return of products must be made within seven working days after the awarding of a return number for customer service "The Stewards." Otherwise, Table & Prestige  will not make any exchange or refund of products ordered.
No packages will be accepted without a return number. Any product for exchange or refund will be returned to Table & Prestige in its original condition and packaging and include all of the product and its accessories. For products such as moveable tables, chairs, bar stools, chair ... Returns will be accepted only if the products have not been mounted.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of Table & Prestige except where the product returned or exchanged does not match the original declaration made by the Purchaser in the right of return. The management of these return costs will be capped at the rate corresponding to the sending colissimo, recommended or R1. Any risk associated with the return of the product is borne by the Buyer.
Failure to comply with the procedure outlined above and the time specified, Buyer may not make any claim for nonconformity or defect of the delivered products, the products then being deemed compliant and free of any visible defect
